product
Morphtec products are made of a thin-film meta-material, this new material based technology is a energy converter made of a variety of Nano retroactive material components and smart memory alloy’s, requiring a specific combination of material and chemical processing methods to construct, it is flexible, elastic, and has shape memory metamorphosis properties. This meta-material can be formed, shaped and scaled to solve any customer problem you can think of, making it a highly versatile product for all industries & markets internationally.
Meta-material functions
The Meta-material technology has been designed to convert kinetic energy into electrical current and convert electrical current into kinetic energy. This new thin-film energy converter technology is capable of converting 90% of the energy it encounters losing only 10% to the surrounding environment via heat, sound and vibration, making this converter the most efficient generation system on earth.
Meta-material applications
Our Morphtec product has two main practical applications.
1) Physical force electrical activation, this principle allows us to design new applications for power generation systems, microphones and medical devices.
2) Electrical force physical activation, this principle allows us to design new applications for speaker systems, mobile phones, medical devices and for a bio-mimetic propulsion system that is the platform for our new advanced hydro-aerospace reusable space orbital launch vehicle concept.

OUR STORY
Morphtec is an early stage start up company that specialises in research and development and innovative design engineering solutions. Morphtec's company founder designed a electro-mechanical micro-ciruit layout that is embedded into the Morphtec meta-material technology. His design is based on his observations of our biological environment. He then studied a BSc of science and technology majoring in advanced materials with the express purpose of investigating scientific literature, to identify and validate the material properties and material processing methods found in basic research that match the circuits design function criteria. This research knowledge is essential to the micro-circuits construction and performance capabilities that are required for the technology to operate under extreme environmental conditions The companys journey still continues.

OUR VISION
We seek to build a team of computer aided mechanical and chemical engineers, our Morphtec team in partnership with manufacturers will specialise in innovative design and engineering solutions that use our meta-material technology to solve problems for energy producers, energy consumers, technology users and service providers, our commercial focus is to create a technology revolution in power generation, medical devices, electronic systems and hydro-aerospace vehicle technologies, our long term vision is to create the electrical infrastructure to power and support a new point to point global and space orbital transportation system for passenger and cargo delivery services.

OUR TECHNOLOGY
We have designed two grades of Morphtec meta-material;
• Meta-material product grade two; is polymer based and has a limited operational temperature range capability due to the materials used to construct the technology. (Max 900°C)
• Meta-material product grade one; is alloy based and has an extensive operational temperature range capability due to the resilient properties attributed to the materials used to construct the technology. (Max 4000°C)
The Morphtec meta-material is a very strong, light weight durable and versatile material that can operate in extreme temperatures, the material is water and oxidation proof and highly energy conversion efficient; it achieves this high efficiency and temperature gradient due to the energy conversion process occurring at the Nano-scale and the Peltier effect, (Electricity used to control heat flow).

Morphtec Research & Development
Morphtec Ltd is seeking investment and business mentorship to create a technology company that will contract a university's research department of chemical and mechanical engineering to conduct a 3-6 month R&D project to construct a meta-material prototype for demonstrations. Morphtec Ltd will then use the prototype and supporting research references to secure additional venture capital and manufacturing partnerships to produce and commercialise our Morphtec meta-material product range locally and internationally.
